Antoine Tirmarche



A. Tirmarche studied jazz in the IREM of Bordeaux. He then took classes of orchestral and electroacoustic composition in the CRD of Angoulême and graduated in electroacoustic composition in 2023. He works with contemporary dance and theater (SUPERAMAS, Agata Maeskiewicz) as well as for short movies and video games. Less interested in the nature of sounds than in the gap between them and the way they interact, he mainly works with systems and structures, silence, rhythm and repetitions to try and convey the wide variety of unrest, anger and anxiousness he inflicts upon himself.
